The waitlist lets you choose the self-paced course, the 30-day cohort, or both.

“I know what it's like to be disgustingly good at continuing.”
“I ultimately paid the bill that my health had financed the impact for.”
I'm Jenna, a working mother and organizational effectiveness professional. I've spent close to a decade developing leaders and leading change in large companies.
The Capacity Edit grew from that point when I paid the bill. It had me wondering:
What if being capable of carrying something isn't a good enough reason to keep carrying it?
I'm building and practicing this work alongside the women I serve.
The Capacity Edit is a program for ambitious women building meaningful careers and full lives. It helps you notice what is asking for your time, energy and attention, and decide what deserves them, without giving up your ambition.
Who is it for?
Ambitious, capable women with demanding careers and full lives who are very good at carrying a lot and want to be more selective about what they carry.
What's the difference between the self-paced course and the cohort?
The self-paced course is for the woman who doesn't need accountability and wants to work through The Capacity Edit on her own schedule. The cohort is a 30-day experience alongside other ambitious women, with community and group coaching included.
What is Capacity Intelligence?
The awareness and discernment to decide what deserves your time, energy and attention, and what doesn't.
Is this therapy or medical care?
No. The Capacity Edit is coaching and education. It is not therapy, medical care or a substitute for either.
